Cancellation and refund:
Product returned within 30 days of receipt by customer, customs or postal
services and meeting policy requirements, will be processed with less 25% of
administration and restocking fee. Product maybe exchanged for alternate
item(s) or/and reshipped at customer's cost, or refunded at original
purchase price less 25% of administrational and restocking fee. Shipping
charges are non-refundable.
We will issue a refund for returned goods within 30 days of receipt that
have not been open or used. All refunds will be issued to the credit card
used for the original order. Returned product will be promptly evaluated,
and refund/exchange value will reflect eligibility and/or ineligibility.
This returned goods policy applies to the original purchase only. Product
that has been repackaged, or not in its original container is not eligible
for refund or exchange.
